As a job coach and trainer, she helps PhDs navigate their professional transition with clarity and impact.
Energetic and committed, she loves creating practical and useful solutions, and recharges between padel, ceramics, theatre, cooking, nature walks and her dog.

Isabelle Fontaine de Ghelin

For over 20 years, Isabelle has worked as an expatriate for the International Committee of the Red-Cross (ICRC) and Doctors Without Borders (MSF). During her tenure, she has gained substantial experience in management, leadership, and mentoring/coaching. When she was HR Manager she initiated, designed and implemented a Diversity and Inclusion project. As an Internal Coach at the ICRC, she successfully delivered a 2 years team coaching program for coordinators and management team aiming to increase the added value of the services. She also provided support to over 130 executives worldwide with 5 to 15 years of experience, assisting them in their transition.
Her areas of expertise include transition, career management, team management, and leadership in a multicultural environment. She also debrief 360° feedback report. On a personal note, she loves walking in nature, reading, practicing TaiChi and so many other things.
