A year-long lab co-creating concrete HR solutions to accelerate women's inclusion in Belgium's tech sector. Funded by the Federal Public Service Economy (Women in Digital programme) and led by Adoc Talent Management.

A gathering celebrating art, music and movement in the dunes of Dakhla, over four days in March 2026. No stages, no headliners, just presence: poets, singers and artists creating together. All profits support the WDC Female Fellowship, backing young Moroccan women in kitesurfing and tourism.

Agoria · Equal+ · Women In Tech

Equal+ is a two-year initiative by Agoria, Belgium's technology industry federation, and the Institute for the Equality of Women and Men, opening leadership positions in tech to women. I ran my workshop at its flagship day, "Women in Tech: Connect to Lead & Grow": a day of talks, workshops and networking.
